Bud,
To clarify and get specific, from the recent discussion on wing walk 
re-inforcement,
you suggest a layer of epoxy/glass from wing root fairing to first rib in
D section at about 16" out from root after the filler has been applied so as
to sandwich for more strength.  So I plan to add 2 ply bid to top wing surface
for and aft of spar after the filler.  Would this be your solution?
