Europa-List: Fuel Vent Pipe

Some Europas builders have mounted there fuel vent pipe on the bottom of there
fuselage insted of the top. On the tri-gear, I was wondering what has been found
to be the best location?

As picture paint a thousand words, I would be grateful for any you may have.
