Thanks for the tip.  GL1 and GL2 are 'aircraft grade' whereas BB isn't (but 
obviously
BB is fine for what we need it for).  GL1 is expensive, GL2 is cheaper
(but still more expensive than BB) and would do.  Unfortunately skycraft don't
have any in stock!

I'll keep looking but thanks anyway.
