Europa-List: Singleton tailwheel mod

I am finally getting to installing my Singleton tailwheel mod.  The instructions
I have, end before explaining the install of the pushrod connection and hardware
into the rudder leading edge.  Can anyone give me this section of the 
instructions.
I understand it might be part of the Classic Manual which I do not
have.  Or maybe it is posted some where else.  I emailed Graham directly and
he is in France until the 17th without access to a sendable copy of his 
instructions.
