Unfortunately, the answer is no.
Go to Europa Owners photo gallery, page 2 and select the Lockwood School album.
Go to page two of that album, Picture DSCN5124 and SDCN5125 to see what happens
when you anneal one of the heads. It almost always means a new head and
cylinder
because you probably won't know it happened till the head bolts won't
stay tight and the damage has been done by the combustion gasses.
