Bob,
I would recommend a Google or other search on "NSI CAP 140 Propeller" to get as
much background information as possible. I believe there may be a Canadian AD
on the prop. NSI used to have a website ( http://www.nsiaero.com/ ) but it is
no longer operating. Caveat Emptor.
Is it possible in the UK to replace the CAP 140 on a flying Europa with another
prop (Warp Drive, Airmaster, Whirlwind, WoodComp, etc.)? Can this be done
economically
in this case?
Check six,

a rumour that spares/ servicing might be a problem for UK owners. Any info
on servicing, spares, pre-purchase checking (and anything else I should know)
would be appreciated.
