Europa-List: Mags switches

I am confused I have a A510-2 keyed mag switch type from Aircraft spruce which
I am trying to wire into my panel. However, for the Rotax I expected it to 
ground
the mags when in the off and for them to be open when on.  The switch seems
to be the opposite. Am I mistaken?  Or is this switch for Cessna mag types which
operate differently?
