Europa-List: Paint for instrument panels

Hi,

Does anyone know the product details of the grey paint that is used for 
instrument
panels (especially on gliders).  It gives a very hard wearing finish but feels
quite soft to touch.

If anyone knows the spec, do you have a UK supplier?

I'd like to say that I'm putting the finishing touches to my Europa but this is
for another project......
