Europa-List: MOD 56 Tri gear speed fairing Nose wheel

I'm having a little difficulty understand the English English being using to 
describe
the installation of the Nose fairing.  There seems to be a step missing.
Fig. 2 shows all the part and it looks like SK20 fits inside of the folks,
but there is nothing that talks about securing the SK20 to the folk.  

Is it just held in place by the axle nut?
