Thanks all for the quick turnaround. Easy Lift is the manufacture I sou
rced as well. I have been dealing with Damion. Easy Lift have a new li
ne called their Quick Ship line which they are introducing at a substant
ial discount, cost of $50 each with steel ball end fittings. The part n
umber is QS-15-120-001-XXXN for the strut with valve and J3,M5 for the b
all end. Because the struts have an adjustment valve I will play it saf
e and order 200N (45lbs) as some folks I have heard from indicated they
wished they would have gone a little higher than the 180N. Regards,Erich

Hello all, Does anyone know what the gas struts used to support the door
s are rated in terms of Newtons or pounds force? I have found a replace
ment strut sourced here in the states and need to know what force to hav
e them pressurized to. I am thinking around 200N but I would rather not
guess. Thanks.Erich TrombleyN28ET Classic Mono 914
