Raimo,
My guess it was some propeller imbalance caused by either a stone strike and a
little dent in the propeller or sometime small left on one of the propellers,
insect or bug 'finished off' on a propeller.
If I am only allowed one guess it would be an insect come bug of some type from
Finland.
