The reason we think it is the starboard cup is that the port cup has a hardened
washer bonded to it (or it should have!).  

The glider wing mod requires removal of the starboard cup due to the increased
size of the spar, so if you're not having trouble rigging and anticipate also
doing glider wings, that's a reason to leave it off.
