Just wanted to share some good news. I learned last night that my Europa won
"Best
Composite" at Sun N Fun last week. I couldn't believe it. Sure makes all those
lonely hours sanding a bit more rewarding. The trip to and from Lakeland
was amazing too. That's the farthest I have ever flown yet, about 444 nm I
think.
Had a tailwind going and coming. I saw 130 knots ground speed most of the
trip. Weather was good all week. Couldn't ask for a better trip.
