I had much the same issue, Ignoring the hinge tab locations the door fit
well,
So as per what fred alluded to, I ended up removing and re glassing the
passengers
Rear hinge point and the pilots front hinge point, when I rebuilt them I
deliberately
Made them about 3mm too low, then did an interference fit, with a bed of
flox where
The hinge tab sits, carefully positioning the door at the correct height.
When it had all
Hardened I removed the door again, sanded about 1mm off the flox bed, with
the hinge tab
Impression in it, and then glassed it with 3 layers of BID. To ensure the
hinge tab
Didn't stick I put some lunch wrap plastic over the flox bed before I
positioned the door
And I put a small piece of foam rubber between the hinge tab and the door so
the tab would push down
Into the flox and leave a nice positive impression in the flox bed.

That's how I fixed mine, I am sure others will have a different solution for
you.

craig
