Europa-List: Bearing material

Hello,

Could someone tell me the material that the control stick bearing blocks
are made from. There is a similar piece of material on the mono wheel for
the gear retract lever.

I thought this called Tufnol, but when I searched McMaster Carr I could not
find it.
