Hi everyone
wonder if anyone could answer my quick question regarding the ampreg 21
hardener?
I have just received a new batch of resin and standard hardener from Europa.
when
I mixed a batch this afternoon it appears to me that the hardener has had a
skin formed on it or it has a contaminant in it as there appear to be long
strands
of something within the hardener that pours out when mixing the resin and
hardener.
Can anyone advise if this is normal as when doing a trial layup these strands
can
be seen within the lay ups.
I have attached a photo showing the strands just after pouring into the resin.
