Alan, it would be worth contacting Mark Burton, a long 
time Europa owner with an Arplast, who knows all about 
prop balancing. As proprietor of Smart Avionics he 
manufactures an inexpensive prop balancer, as well as the 
prop controller and the SmartASS airspeed 
speaker/director. His email attached.
