Europa-List: Fuel selector stiff

My fuel selector hasn't been getting much exercise in the last few years and has
gotten rather stiff to operate.  It's awkward enough getting to it in the tunnel
but as stiff as it is it's almost impossible to operate from the pilot seat.
Anyone have any solutions to getting it to loosen back up.
