Thanks Rowland and Graeme,

Great answers and both valid in their own right (dammit!) The choices seem to 
be:

W for the extra twist needed (although not necessarily as much as expected).
Normal for lower cost & lower replacement cost.

I'll get whatever you decide, MalcolmH!
