Europa-List: Dynamic Prop Balancer

I'm looking to hire or borrow a dynamic prop balancer kit. Does any one know if
there is one within the Europa Club? UK

Another suggestion is, does any one know of someone Near to West Yorkshire 
(Halifax)
that provides a service to dynamic prop balancing.
