Agreed, and the dark matt colour only needs to be on the top of the panel
moulding (including the 'rolled' edge around the periphery); the face can be
any colour without fear of internal reflections.

Donald, I would suggest spraying it in a dark coloured
Matt paint to avoid reflections on the canopy.
