Mike...my interpretation for sure...I separated the dolly wheels a bit 
more for added stability...those slotted framing extrusions are kinda 
spendy so I substituted 3 x 3 sq tubing where possible, but fully welded 
per Steve's design...I fitted and cleco'ed everything then gave it to my 
welder who charged me $30. for 15 minutes work max.
