Hi Andrew, The rigid foam is a cross-linked PVC polymer and is manufactured by AIREX ag. in Switzerland. Available in various thicknesses and cell coarseness, the one that was used by Europa is 3.0mm - R63.80 I have no idea who retails this on your side of the pond but I can give you details of a UK supplier if needed. a.t.b.
