Hi Bruno,
Would you happen to know how Walter Binder achieved putting fuel tanks
in
the wings ? In particular did he substitute the Blue for something
impervious to fuel ?

Hi Phil,
Walter Binders plane D-EPWB is a Classic Monowheel Kit 149 with Wing
Fuel
Tanks, elect. Retractable Outrigger Legs and a Tail Wheel with a
mounting
plate on top for the tow clutch. I am not quite sure if this was from an
old
Cessna Taildragger or a Husky.
He is using his own landing strip for towing the smaller glider he is
manufacturing.
He also manufactures the EB 28 /29. Some years ago he had to use a
parachute
by test flying.
