The other consideration beyond heating control is the air circulation within the
oven.
Make sure the hot air moves to all areas by addition of fans. Mine were 
incorporated
into door as I recall.
Still managed to get an Aileron end to explode. Probably due to air pocket in 
lay
up so good it happened.
It's fibre glass so repairs are easy....
