Europa-List: Europa Club Mod Process

I would like to 'modify' Mod33 ( water drains ) on my XS to obtain shorter and
lower level drain paths; I'd also like fit a gascolator on the feed pipe to the
mechanical pump. I've tried using the  Europa Club Mod Form but can't seem to
get it to work. Should I go direct to the LAA?

I don't want to re-invent the wheel so might even post my thoughts on the Forum
