Europa-List: Bright Lights

Hello All

I want to be seen by anything in front. Something like a 20 degree wide
cone of strong white light (maybe flashing) would be reassuring. I would
prefer LED. Any suggestions on what to look for specification wise and
where such a light could be mounted as well as modification approval
experience with the LAA appreciated.
