Europa-List: Please help with picture problem

Why can't I submit an additional different picture of my Classic fuel filler 
pipe?
I've tried all sorts of ploys, but always only the picture which I've already
posted appears again. Moving pictures to different folders, renaming pictures,
moving them between "Documents" and "Pictures", etcetera. Nothing stops the
same picture from being re-attached every time.
