Europa-List: Collision Avoidance

Hi Everyone,

I use the traditional collision avoidance system, mk 1 eyeball.
However, see no harm in supplementing this with electronics & this new 
project looks very promising.

On another topic, even with separate gear & flap drive we are 
constrained by the outrigger design.
