At 2000rpm on my Rotax 914 there is insufficient output from the alternator to 
charge the battery.  I use a Low Voltage Warning and Aux Battery Management 
Module from http://periheliondesign.com and the warning led kicks out well 
above 2000rpm.

Would not worry.
