Jeff Behrnes (Baby Blue) in Baton Rouge has been involved in aircraft 
graphics and wrapping for some years. If you can get hold of him he may

  I have not yet been able to find anyone with experience of finishing a 
composite aircraft in Bogota so I was thinking that this might be an
