Hello All.
Think! I may have fixed it.
Fitted a new Rectifier about 80, Now seeing 12.9 to 13v on the voltmeter with a
fully charged battery, 
Now, Master ON/OFF needle flicks but remains at 13v ( before it use to be 12.1
on and 13 off see past post)
I believe I read you should not flick the Master ON and Off with the engine 
running,
so won't do it again as all seems OK now.
