The Apple development system is FREE. Xcode is a free download and is the IDE for iOS and OSX. What costs money is the ability to distribute your product via the App Store. Sorry to ask a (perhaps) stupid question, but is there a way to use the Apple development system and...ignoring the App Store...distribute your iOS and OSX configuration to your pals on europa-list?
