Europa-List: Circuit breakers, trim switch and indicator

Hi to all, 
I will be modifying my avionics panel and would like to prepare the new one p
rior to stripping out the old one. 
I intend reusing the trim switch, it's position indicator and the square typ
e circuit breakers.
Does anyone know what the hole cutout sizes are for these items?

Attached is a photo showing type of switches.
