Building a XS Motorglider..

Came upon some frustrations along this project and need your help and good words

1. My h-stabs halves are within 0.7 degree of incidence difference. Would you 
fix
it?
2. Even after following the manual for fitting the pitch trim arms they came out
without aligning even considering for the stab misalignment. They are with 1.5
degrees of each other, this is visible to the naked eye. 

Please I beg for help
