Europa-List: Design of "manufacturers" info plate

Here in colombia the antinarcotics police have to inspect the aircraft
before one can get an official manufacturers plate from the caa which is
kinda like an id card for the plane.  However the antinarcotics police wont
inspect the aircraft without the official plate.....

Anyway i have to invent something which looks official.

Could you send me pictures of such a thing of it exists elsewhere.....ti
give me ideas for the design
