Europa-List: Foreflight

ForeFlight has come out with an aircraft profile that ask for Glide Performance
Best Glide speed?,  Best Glide Ratio?

I have trike with a Jabiru engine.  On testing I figured the best glide speed 
was
75-78kt.  That seem to give me the least amount of descent or vertical speed.

How would I figure the Glide ratio?
