Europa-List: Trailer Breakdown Recovery - experience/advice?

I have an open Mono trailer and I'm trying to put measures in place to ensure 
that
if it broke down (rather than the towing car), it could be repaired/recovered

Several breakdown agencies specifically say they won't recover if it is the 
trailer
that breaks down, not the towing vehicle

Does anyone have any steer on solutions please?
Or have experiences/advice to share based on their own experience?
