Roland, did you ever get an answer to this question ? I have the standard Alternator Fail lamp wired in as shown in the manual. I have yet to see it lit. Should it perform in the same way as on a car, i.e. should it light when the master switch is turned on, then extinguish once the engine is running, and the Alternator producing power ?
