Bonjour Olivier,

there are a couple of countries, where the Europa (XS) is cleared for a MTOM of
656 and the Netherlands is one of them. When changing from the British to the
Dutch registration, the POH had to be amended due to the changes in performance,
stall speed, center of gravity limits etc.

AFAIK 656 kg MTOM is also possible in the US, Canada and Sweden.
