BOB Archer makes a whole set of antennas for glass aircraft. Aircraft Spruce sells them. I put my VOR antenna in the wing. I can get a good signal fifty to sixty miles away. http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/avpages/archer_antenna7.php?clickkey=5123597 I hope you have not closed out your wing. If you have then you could built a Balun antenna. http://www.aeroelectric.com/articles/BALUN/Balun_Fabrication.html Read this topic online here: http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=480170#480170 |
