You could try the rotax 912 turbo solution.  This uses a standard 912
mechanical pump in addition to the two electric pumps.  All feed the fuel
regulator and the excess returns to the tank.

You only need one electric pump operating by the way otherwise the
regulator cant cope.  The new style mechanical fuel pump on its own will
maintain 27"-28" and therefore keep you flying.  Indeed some people here
shut down the electric pumps in cruise claiming that it saves fuel.

The fuel feed goes from the fuel tap to the gascolator and then splits into
the feeder to the electric pumps and the feeder to the mech pump.  the
output from all pumps meets at the regulator
