Hi Jim,
In spite of my repeated requests, I never got any explanation from Europa 
Aircraft
on how batches of too soft rubber mounts found their way to customers and
what corrective action they take too avoid this sort of problem in the future.
This is a major quality issue and their lack of response is very disappointing!
