Brian, looks like the stiffener has been bonded to the wrong side if the marked
line. EUROPA might (should ) be able to sort this out.
Dear old Nev would have cut it off and re bonded in the correct position but if
EUROPA cannot help, Andy Draper at LAA HQ will know the way to proceed.
