Hi Graham,

I fixed nav/strobe lights to by Europa foam wings. Check out the latest Europa
Flyer. I wrote an article about getting my bird IMC & night approved. This 
includes
a description of how I routed the cable. The LAA mod number is 14396 - Strobes
and nav lights (attached).
