Europa-List: N460HJ is now airworthy

I am now officially legit in the USA - thanks to Al Bennett DART and
guidance of Bob, Bud and several others.

I have to fly a 40 hour test period between 04FA and Marco Island and after
that I shall definitely come visiting - OSH next year maybe

Weather permitting I am going to fly N460HJ for the first time (as N)
tomorrow.
