Europa-List: Tri-gear brake fluid?

Evening all; the left brake pedal on my toe-braked tri-gear has gradually 
started
to use more of its travel. Tomorrow Im going to investigate this (check for
leaks, pad/disk wear, master cylinder seals), but as its circa 5 years since
I last changed the fluid, I cannot recall the type to use! Is it LHM or DOT4?
