Hi Peter, 
This is what I do. See photo. Use long bolts into cowl anchor nuts to secure
 rope position. Once lifted secure aircraft with sawhorses either side of fu
selage under wing spar position. Lower and raise under as need be. Use tow r
ope. Takes 30mins.
