Hi James,
Have a search for confor foam. I have just received some from Wings and Wheels
in the US and very happy with their service and price. 
They offer standard size of 400 x 450 x 12.5 or 25mm in different density's 
which
fits in the XS seat pan. Everyone will be different but I used 12.5 of green,
25 of blue and 12.5 of pink and that suits me.
