Work continues on the panel upgrade. Finished the wiring harness and pow
ered up the G5 and GPS175.
No smoke which is always a good sign. However, it appear that the G5 is
n=99t seeing the GAD29 (ARINC 429) as it is grayed out on the setu
p page. So, the G5 and GPS175 aren=99t communicating.
Funny thing is, I am not getting any errors on the CAN bus. The GAD29 h
as a flashing green light which means it is communicating with the G5 on
the CAN bus.
Any suggestions as to what the issue is or a fix are welcome.
